Thank you for shopping with us! As our products are handmade and customized to your specifications, we’ve outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity:

1. No Refunds for Customized Items
Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds cannot be issued for customized orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

2. Order Cancellation
• Before Production: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After Production Begins: Once we have started crafting your item, cancellations will not be accepted.

3. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not match your confirmed order, we will offer a replacement or a partial refund. Please follow these steps:
• Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Provide photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item, including the packaging, to assist with our review process.

4. Return Shipping
For approved replacements, we will cover the return shipping costs if applicable. For approved full refunds, we require the item remains in good condition as we shipped, and we will NOT cover the return shipping cost.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted for the following:
• Buyer’s change of mind
• Slight variations in color, size, or design, as these are part of the handcrafted nature of our products.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, Or failed delivery caused by the recipient which are outside our control.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days and returned to your original payment method.
