Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy for customized handcrafted fursuits.

1. Processing Time
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, please allow for a processing time of 1-4 weeks before your order is shipped. This ensures that each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. While there are some of the pre-made fursuits can be shipped in about one week after ordering.

2. Shipping Delivery Time
We work with various carriers to ship the orders to most of the countries globally. Typically delivers within 5-14 business days after the processing period. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays.

3. International Shipping
We ship internationally! However, international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyers.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and we will find the right carrier accordingly. For heavier or larger items, there may be an additional charge, which we need to contact you for requesting the difference.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its journey from our transit depot to your doorstep.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our items, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier by calling their customer service number immediately and let us know your claim number within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos of the item and packaging. For lost packages, please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist in locating your order.

7. Delays and Unexpected Circumstances
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

8. The recipient has an obligation to accept the delivery. If the package fails to be delivered or is refused by the recipient for reasons attributable to them, resulting in the package being returned to the transit depot, the return shipping costs will be borne by the recipient.
