To ensure fairness for both our clients and our studio, the following policy applies to all commission orders.

Clients are responsible for completing the remaining payment within 180 days (6 months) of the agreed payment plan or final payment due date.

If the remaining balance has not been paid within this period, the order will be considered abandoned, unless a written extension has been approved by DokiDoki FurryStudio in advance.

Before processing an abandoned order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the client using the contact information provided.

Once an order is considered abandoned:

• The original deposit is non-refundable and will be used to cover labor, materials, and production costs already invested.
• The studio reserves the right to rehome, resell, or otherwise dispose of the completed fursuit in order to recover production costs.
• Before any abandoned custom commission is rehomed, we will make reasonable cosmetic design changes where possible (such as parts of the hairstyle, eye colors, facial markings, accessories, felt/EVA details, or painted markings) without damaging the finished fursuit.
• We may make one final public attempt to locate the original commissioner before the fursuit is rehomed.

Original Premades & Pre-Adoption Designs

This policy does not apply to DokiDoki FurryStudio’s original Premade or Pre-Adoption designs.

These characters are original creations owned by DokiDoki FurryStudio. When sold, the character rights are transferred together with the fursuit to the new rightful owner as a complete package. No redesigns will be made to these original designs.
