Oh my goodness where do I start. The shipping was a lot faster than I expected and Doki was amazing with getting back to me regarding a shipping concern. I got my fursuit head in about a week and a half. The design is just superb. The back of the head is made with a sturdy foam and doesn't feel like it will be ruined at any point and it has really good ventilation! I plan on ordering from Doki again, their customer service and professionalism is second to none.
